Your Schedule

We provide all our stylists with 24/7 salon access, a personal key, and alarm code, so you can create your ideal schedule in a welcoming environment where your personal and professional goals align while providing exceptional service to your clients.

With lofted ceilings, abundant natural light, and six-foot lighted mirrors at each station, we create an environment that elevates your experience. Located downtown near the "Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas", we offer ample parking and 24/7 fresh air circulation.
Our salon is newly renovated, and equipped with a premium color bar, Oribe Hair Care products, a high-end washer and dryer, rare plants, and top-of-the-line technology, making your visit as enjoyable as possible.
While our space is beautiful, our greatest asset is our team. Our stylists are passionate, dedicated professionals who value collaboration, positivity, and growth. New team members “shadow” us to ensure a perfect fit, so you’ll always be working with an inspiring, supportive group.

Your Path

After at least one year of working with us, Grow Salon + Wine Bar offers an innovative Booth Rental Path that combines the flexibility of independent styling with the benefits of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Flexible Terms and Enhanced Workspace
Enjoy the freedom of a weekly booth rental agreement, with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. We provide lockers for secure storage of your personal items. Additionally, if you choose a 5-day rental, you’ll be provided with a storage cart to keep your space organized and efficient.
Competitive Rates and Lucrative Commissions
Our booth renters benefit from a competitive daily rental rate of $99, plus a 5% commission on all retail products sold—significantly boosting your potential earnings.
Premier Resources at Your Fingertips
Gain access to premium products like Oribe, Brazilian Blowout, and Goldwell. Transparent weekly billing of color bar items through Vish helps streamline your operations and keeps everything running smoothly.
Ongoing Professional Development
